Questions
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No. You sign in through each network's official login and authorize postSOMA to post. You can disconnect anytime.
Does it work with any Instagram account?
It works with professional accounts, creator or business. Switching is free and done in Instagram's own settings.
Does TikTok post automatically?
Not yet. On TikTok, postSOMA gets the video and caption ready and alerts you at the scheduled time. You open TikTok, post, and confirm in the app. Automatic posting arrives once TikTok grants access.
How many automations can I create?
Up to 30. Each one has its own keywords, comment reply and DM, which can carry a link, an image and a button.
What if a network fails?
Each network has its own status. If one doesn't confirm, postSOMA tells you what to do and doesn't mark the post as published.
When will it be in the stores?
postSOMA is in closed testing. The App Store and Google Play buttons here start working as soon as the stores approve it. The web version is already live.
