These Terms are the contract between you and DIGITAI SOMA for your use of postSOMA. Please read them carefully. Text in bold shows important obligations or limits on rights. By checking the acceptance box when you sign up, you declare that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
postSOMA is provided by DIGITAI SOMA LTDA, CNPJ (Brazilian company taxpayer number) 66.157.922/0001-15, headquartered at Estrada Otelo Zeloni, 145, Granja Santa Maria, Carapicuíba/SP, CEP (Brazilian postal code) 06351-170, e-mail contato@digitaisoma.com ("DIGITAI SOMA", "we", "us").
These Terms apply to postSOMA in all versions: the website and web app (postsoma.vercel.app), the apps for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and the Android app (Google Play), when available.
The following are part of these Terms, with the same force:
- the Privacy Policy;
- the LGPD Consent and Rights (LGPD is Brazil's General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13,709/2018);
- the Authorization to Connect Social Networks;
- the Subscription and Payment Terms, when you buy a paid plan;
- the Acceptable Use Policy;
- the Account and Data Deletion page.
2. Words used in these Terms
- Account: your personal registration in postSOMA.
- Team: a workspace where one or more accounts organize posts and networks. Every account starts with a personal team.
- Connected network: a profile, page, or channel of a social network that you have authorized postSOMA to access.
- Post: text, photo, video, or other content that you prepare, schedule, or send through postSOMA.
- Automation: a rule you create to reply automatically to comments or direct messages (DMs).
- Content: everything you or your team put into postSOMA, including captions, media, and automation texts.
3. Testing phase (private beta)
postSOMA is in a testing phase, with access by invitation. During this phase:
- use is free;
- features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or have bugs;
- some networks appear as "coming soon" and cannot be connected until they are released;
- we ask that you also check important posts on the network itself.
We will let you know in the app or by e-mail when the testing phase ends and if anything in these Terms changes because of that.
4. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and have the legal capacity to sign contracts. postSOMA is a work tool and is not meant for children and teenagers.
When you sign up, we ask for your full name, country, date of birth, and, if you are in Brazil, your CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer number) or CNPJ. The CEP is optional. This information must be true and kept up to date. We use your date of birth to confirm you are an adult, and your CPF or CNPJ to identify who is responsible for the account.
If you use postSOMA on behalf of a company or clients, you declare that you have the authority to do so. In that case, you and the company are jointly responsible for the use of the account.
Each account is personal. Do not share your account: invite people to your team instead.
5. Sign-up, login, and account security
You can sign in with Google, Apple, or e-mail and password. Your postSOMA password must have at least 8 characters, with a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character.
To protect your account, we send one-time verification codes to your e-mail:
| Situation | Code validity |
|---|---|
| Confirm your e-mail when opening the account | 2 minutes |
| Change your password or recover access | 1 minute |
| Confirm account deletion | 2 minutes |
Our automatic e-mails are sent from postsoma.app@digitaisoma.com. We never ask for your password or the codes by phone, message, or e-mail. Do not share codes with anyone.
On devices that offer Face ID, Touch ID, or another biometric, you can use it to open the app. Biometrics are checked by the device itself: postSOMA receives only the answer "confirmed" or "not confirmed" and never receives your fingerprint or face image.
You are responsible for keeping your devices and your e-mail secure. If you notice strange activity on your account, change your password and tell us at contato@digitaisoma.com as soon as possible. DIGITAI SOMA also has its own security obligations, described in the Privacy Policy.
6. What postSOMA does
postSOMA lets you:
- prepare posts with text, photos, and videos;
- schedule posts to one or several networks, with a common time or a separate time for each destination;
- publish automatically on networks that allow it through the official API and have already approved postSOMA;
- notify you when a network only accepts assisted publishing, that is, when you yourself need to finish the posting in the network's app;
- create up to 30 automations per team to reply to comments and direct messages (DMs) on networks that allow it;
- pause a connected account without disconnecting it;
- follow the real result of each post.
Networks available in this version: Instagram, Facebook (Pages), TikTok, and YouTube (including Shorts). Planned networks: X, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, and Google Business Profile. A planned network can only be connected after it appears as available in the app.
postSOMA shows the real status of each destination. Scheduling is not the same as publishing: a destination only appears as published when the network confirms it or, in assisted publishing, when you confirm it. If the network does not confirm, the destination appears as "uncertain result" so you can check before trying again.
7. Connecting social networks
You connect each network through its official page or app. postSOMA never asks for or receives the passwords of your networks. The network gives postSOMA an authorization (token), which we store encrypted.
What postSOMA accesses on each network, how to revoke access, and what data we store are described in the Authorization to Connect Social Networks. Before connecting each network, you accept that authorization for that network.
YouTube. postSOMA uses YouTube API Services. By connecting and using YouTube through postSOMA, you agree to follow the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data follows the Google Privacy Policy.
postSOMA is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or approved by Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or Bluesky. The names and logos of these companies appear only to identify each network.
8. Your responsibility for the content you publish
You are solely responsible for the content you create, schedule, publish, or send through postSOMA, including the automatic replies and messages of your automations. postSOMA is a tool: it does what you set up, at the time and on the accounts you choose.
Before scheduling or turning on an automation, check the text, media, destination account, date, time, and time zone. You declare that:
- you have the rights or the necessary permissions over the content: texts, photos, videos, music, brands, and the image and voice of people who appear in it;
- you have authorization from the clients whose accounts you manage to publish on their behalf;
- you label paid or sponsored content as advertising, as required by law and by each network's rules;
- you do not publish other people's personal data without a legal basis, and you do not publish sensitive data (such as health, religion, or sexual orientation) without need and authorization;
- you follow Brazilian law and the rules of each network.
If someone complains about your content, you are responsible to that person, the network, and the authorities, unless the problem was caused by a postSOMA failure. If DIGITAI SOMA is sued or claimed against because of your content or conduct, you must reimburse the losses and expenses you caused, as the law provides.
9. Your responsibility for the accounts you connect
Connect only accounts that are yours or that you are authorized to manage. When you connect an account, you declare that you:
- are the owner or administrator, or have written authorization from the person who is;
- will disconnect the account when you lose that authorization, for example when a contract with a client ends;
- are responsible for what the people on your team do with the accounts you connected;
- will keep the account in line with the network's rules, because the network may limit or block accounts that break its rules.
You can pause an account (its posts and automations stop) or disconnect it at any time, in postSOMA or in the network's own settings.
10. Platform rules
Each network has its own terms and policies, which still apply to you while you use postSOMA:
- Instagram: Terms of Use
- Facebook: Terms of Service
- Threads: Supplemental Terms
- TikTok: Terms of Service
- YouTube: Terms of Service
- Google Business Profile: Google Terms of Service
- X: Terms of Service
- LinkedIn: User Agreement
- Pinterest: Terms of Service
- Bluesky: Terms of Service
Some network rules that affect your use of postSOMA:
- networks limit how many posts, replies, and messages can be sent per hour or per day;
- automatic direct messages can only be sent within the windows and conditions the network allows (on Meta, for example, in reply to someone who interacted with you);
- it is not allowed to publish the same content, or nearly identical content, on several accounts to inflate reach (an express rule of X and other networks);
- on TikTok, the network may require you to choose the post's privacy setting and confirm the music and branded content rules before publishing.
Networks can change rules, limits, and features, refuse a post, or suspend postSOMA's access. When that happens, we will tell you in the app what changed and what you can do.
11. Prohibited uses
Detailed examples are in the Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you may not use postSOMA to:
- publish or send illegal content, such as hate speech, threats, incitement to violence, scams, fraud, or any form of exploitation or abuse of children and teenagers;
- violate the copyright, trademarks, image, honor, privacy, or personal data of other people;
- send spam or unsolicited mass messages, or manipulate likes, followers, and other metrics;
- access or publish on accounts you do not manage or without authorization;
- get around the limits, blocks, or consent rules of the networks;
- collect data from third parties by scraping, bots, or browser automation;
- use data received from the networks to sell it, build profiles of people, watch someone, or advertise outside the network;
- break into, overload, or test the security of postSOMA without written authorization, or copy, decompile, or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows;
- resell access to postSOMA without written authorization.
Security research done in good faith can be reported to contato@digitaisoma.com. We will not take action against anyone who reports a flaw responsibly and without causing harm.
12. Teams and roles
A team brings together people who work on the same posts and networks. Each person has a role:
- Owner: manages the team, invites and removes people, connects and disconnects networks, and edits everything.
- Editor: connects and disconnects networks and creates, edits, schedules, cancels, and deletes posts and automations.
- Reader: can only view.
Members of the same team see the team's posts, media, connected networks, automations, and history, as well as the name and e-mail of the people on it. Your sign-up data (CPF or CNPJ, date of birth, country, and CEP) is not shown to the team.
Whoever invites people to a team is responsible for the access they give. Give access only to those who need it, and remove people who no longer need it.
13. Your content and the license to operate
The content is yours. Texts, photos, videos, and other materials remain yours or belong to whoever authorized you.
So that postSOMA can work, you authorize DIGITAI SOMA, free of charge, on a non-exclusive basis, and only while the content is in postSOMA, to store it, technically copy it, convert formats, show it to your team, and send it to the networks you choose. This authorization ends when the content is deleted, subject to the time needed to remove backup copies.
DIGITAI SOMA does not use your content for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use it to train artificial intelligence models. People at DIGITAI SOMA only access your content when needed to handle a request from you, fix a failure, investigate prohibited use, or comply with the law.
If postSOMA offers artificial intelligence features (for example, caption suggestions), the result is only a suggestion: review it before publishing, because you remain responsible for what is published. What you create with these features is yours, and your data is not used to train models. We will tell you on screen when a feature uses artificial intelligence and which provider processes the data.
14. Comment and message automations
You can create up to 30 automations per team, with public replies to comments and direct messages (DMs), containing text, links, buttons, and media, when the network allows it.
When you use automations, you:
- are responsible for the content of each reply and message sent, as if you had written it yourself;
- decide who receives the messages and for what purpose, and must have a legal basis to process the data of people who interact with your accounts (username, comment, message);
- must respect anyone who asks not to receive more messages;
- must not ask, through automations, for sensitive data, passwords, card data, or documents;
- must follow the windows, limits, and message rules of each network.
In these cases, DIGITAI SOMA processes these people's data on your behalf and under your instructions, as a processor (LGPD, art. 39), as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Plans, price, and payment
During the private beta, postSOMA is free and nothing is charged.
Paid plans (monthly, quarterly, and one-time), the 7-day free trial, payment methods (card, Pix, App Store, and Google Play), automatic renewal, and price changes follow the Subscription and Payment Terms. In short:
- before you buy, we show the total price, billing period, what is included, limits, and renewal rules;
- postSOMA does not store your full card number;
- price increases are announced at least 30 days in advance and only apply from the next renewal;
- there are no retroactive charges.
16. Cancellation, withdrawal, and refund
- Right of withdrawal (CDC, art. 49): for purchases made online or in the app, you can withdraw within 7 days of signing up (or of the first charge, if you started with a free trial) and get back everything you paid.
- Cancellation: you can cancel the renewal at any time, through the same channel you used to buy, without having to delete your account. Paid access continues until the end of the period already paid.
- Other cases: wrongful charges, service failures, or removal of a paid feature are handled under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
Details and step-by-step instructions for each platform are in the Subscription and Payment Terms.
17. Availability, changes, and failures
We work to keep postSOMA running, but it may be unavailable because of maintenance, failures of providers, networks, or the internet, or for security reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted operation.
We may improve, change, or remove features. If a change removes an important feature from a paid plan, we will warn you in reasonable advance and you may cancel, with a proportional refund where applicable.
If we decide to shut down postSOMA, we will give at least 30 days' notice and you will be able to download a copy of your data.
18. Account suspension and termination
You can stop using postSOMA and delete your account at any time. See Account and Data Deletion.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these Terms, the law, or the networks' rules, that puts other people or the service at risk, or by order of an authority. Whenever possible, we will warn you first, tell you the reason, and give you time to fix the problem or present your side. In urgent security cases, suspension may be immediate, with notice right after.
Suspension does not allow us to improperly keep your data or to charge for a service not provided.
19. DIGITAI SOMA's liability
DIGITAI SOMA is liable for the damages it causes in providing the service, as the law provides.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes or reduces your rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
DIGITAI SOMA is not liable for damages caused exclusively by you or by third parties (CDC, art. 14, § 3), such as:
- content published or sent by you, by your team, or by your automations;
- decisions by the social networks, such as refusing a post, limiting reach, changing rules, or suspending accounts;
- misuse of passwords or devices that are under your control.
If you use postSOMA as a business and do not qualify as a consumer, DIGITAI SOMA's liability is limited to proven direct damages, up to the amount you paid for postSOMA in the 12 months before the event, and does not include lost profits. This limit does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, or to obligations that the law does not allow to be limited, such as those owed to the holders of personal data.
20. postSOMA's intellectual property
The app, the postSOMA and DIGITAI SOMA brands, and the look and texts of the app belong to DIGITAI SOMA. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use postSOMA on your devices, only for the purposes of these Terms.
21. Reports
To report unlawful content, or content that violates rights, including those of children and teenagers, related to postSOMA, write to contato@digitaisoma.com with the subject "Report" ("Denúncia"). Tell us what you found, where, why you believe it is improper, and a contact for our reply. Do not send passwords or full documents.
We will review each report and reply to the person who made it. If action is taken against an account, the affected person will be told the reason and may present their side, unless the law or an authority prevents the notice.
Content stored in postSOMA is visible only to the team. What has already been published on the networks can also be reported through each network's channels.
22. Privacy
The handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and in the LGPD Consent and Rights. Accepting these Terms does not mean consenting to any use of data: each use has its own legal basis, explained in the Policy.
23. Support and communications
Contact DIGITAI SOMA at contato@digitaisoma.com. We confirm receipt of your message and reply within 5 days. Notices about your account may be sent through the app, by notification, or to the account's e-mail.
24. Apps downloaded from the stores
If you downloaded postSOMA from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google):
- these Terms are between you and DIGITAI SOMA; Apple and Google are not a party to them and are not responsible for the app or its content;
- DIGITAI SOMA is responsible for maintenance, support, and responding to complaints about the app, including claims of violation of third-party rights;
- the license of use applies to devices you own or control, under the store's rules;
- if the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the price paid for the app, if any; apart from that, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the app;
- you declare that you are not in a country subject to a United States government embargo and are not on that government's list of prohibited parties;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
25. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when postSOMA changes or the law requires. Each version has a date code (for example, 2026-11-04). Important changes will be announced in the app or by e-mail at least 15 days in advance, except when required by law or by a security emergency. When the change requires it, we will ask for new acceptance. If you do not agree, you can cancel and delete your account before the new version takes effect.
26. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
If you are a consumer, you can file a lawsuit in the courts of your place of residence (CDC, art. 101, I) and can contact Procon (consumer protection agency), consumidor.gov.br, or other consumer protection bodies. We do not require arbitration.
If you are not a consumer, the venue chosen is the District of Carapicuíba/SP, where DIGITAI SOMA is headquartered (Brazilian Code of Civil Procedure, art. 63).
27. General provisions
- If a clause is found to be invalid, the others remain in force.
- If we fail to enforce a right in some case, that does not mean we have given it up.
- You may not transfer your account or these Terms to another person without our authorization.
- The version accepted, the date, the time, the IP address, and the platform of your acceptance are recorded as proof of the contract, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
