This Policy is part of the Terms of Use and Responsibility. It explains, with examples, what is not allowed in postSOMA. The rules of each social network also apply and, when they are stricter, they prevail for that network.
1. Principles
- Honesty: do not mislead people about who you are, what you offer, or whether a message is automatic.
- Consent: only send messages to people who interacted with you or asked to receive them.
- Respect: no harassment, hate, or exposing other people.
- Legality: follow Brazilian law, the advertising rules, and the rules of each network.
2. Prohibited content
Do not publish, schedule, or send through postSOMA:
- illegal content, such as scams, fraud, pyramid schemes, or the sale of prohibited or counterfeit products;
- any form of exploitation, abuse, or sexualization of children and teenagers (we report it to the authorities);
- hate speech, discrimination, threats, harassment, or incitement to violence or suicide;
- sexually explicit content where the network does not allow it;
- fake news or misleading content that may cause harm, including AI-generated content that passes as real without notice;
- content that violates the copyright, trademarks, image, voice, or privacy of other people;
- personal data of third parties without a legal basis, especially documents, addresses, health data, or financial data;
- advertising without disclosure (hidden ads, "publi") or promotion of prohibited or regulated products and services without the required authorizations;
- links to viruses, scams, fake pages (phishing), or password collection.
If you use artificial intelligence to create content, review it before publishing and use "AI-generated content" labels when the network requires them.
3. Spam and messages
- Do not send mass messages to people who did not interact with your account or ask to receive them.
- Do not buy, rent, or import lists of contacts to send messages.
- Respect "I don't want this anymore": anyone who replies "stop", "unsubscribe", "no thanks", or something similar must not receive new automatic messages from that automation.
- Respect the networks' windows: on Meta, for example, automatic messages can only be sent in reply to someone who interacted, within the deadline and limits Meta sets, and each comment can only receive one private reply.
- Do not use messages to ask for passwords, codes, card numbers, or documents.
- Do not pretend to be another person, brand, or company.
4. Abusive automations
Automations are for replying quickly to your audience, not for deceiving or overwhelming. It is not allowed to:
- create automations that reply to each other, in a loop, or that repeat the same message several times to the same person;
- publish the same content, or nearly identical content, on several accounts to inflate reach;
- use postSOMA to like, follow, unfollow, or comment automatically in bulk;
- buy, sell, or trade likes, followers, comments, or views;
- try to get around the limit of 30 automations per team or the networks' sending limits, for example by creating several accounts or teams for the same purpose;
- use automatic replies for misleading promises, irregular giveaways, or chain messages;
- use automations to collect sensitive data (health, religion, sexual orientation, biometrics, and others).
5. Other people's data
- Do not scrape profiles, comments, or followers.
- Use the data of people who interact with you only to reply to and serve that person, as they expect.
- Do not sell, share, or use this data to build profiles, watch people, or advertise outside the network.
- Respond to requests from people who want to know about or delete what you keep about them. We can help: contato@digitaisoma.com.
6. Security and use of the platform
- Do not share your account: invite people to the team.
- Do not try to break into, overload, test the security of, or get around the limits of postSOMA without written authorization.
- Do not use external bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence agents to operate postSOMA, except through the means we offer for that.
- Do not resell access to postSOMA without written authorization.
Found a security flaw? Tell contato@digitaisoma.com. We will not take action against anyone who reports it in good faith, without causing harm.
7. How to report
Write to contato@digitaisoma.com with the subject "Report" ("Denúncia"), saying what you found, where, why you believe it is improper, and a contact for our reply. Content that is already on the networks can also be reported directly on the network.
8. What we do in case of abuse
Depending on how serious it is, we may:
- warn you and ask for a correction;
- pause automations or connected accounts;
- remove the content stored in postSOMA;
- suspend the account;
- terminate the account;
- notify authorities when the law requires or when people are at risk, especially children and teenagers.
Whenever possible, we warn you first, explain the reason, and give you a chance to fix it or present your side. In serious or urgent cases, the measure may be immediate, with notice right after. You can contest it at contato@digitaisoma.com. If there is a paid plan, a suspension caused by our fault or without a valid reason does not result in a charge for the affected period.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to keep up with the law and the networks' rules. Each version has a date code, and important changes are announced in the app or by e-mail.
